The interview process for an SQL Developer typically starts with a resume screening, followed by an initial phone interview to assess basic qualifications and communication skills. This is often followed by a technical assessment, either online or in-person, where candidates are tested on their SQL knowledge, query writing abilities, and problem-solving skills. At first the HR reviewed documents(PAN Card, Degree Certificate) of the candidates present. Next there were two round of interview, in the first round I was asked some basic SQL queries and a few Java questions. In the second round my resume was discussed and questions were asked based on topics mentioned in my resume.
