I got contacted via Linkedin directly by an Accenture young worker that asked me basic information. I did a second Interview with a Manager. This second step was kind of weak, the manager did not appear particularly talented nor capable. Third Step with the MD, who instead striked me as a solid leader with great capabilities yet some - possibly - toxic traits.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
