Participei de uma entrevista online, apresentei um case e tive uma conversa tranquila com o RH. Entorno de 1h a duração de cada etapa, após isso apresentei para outros designer também o case.

The process starts with a resume and portfolio screening.
This is followed by an HR interview.
Next is a UX interview focused on portfolio and design process.
A design task may be included.
The final round is with a manager or design lead.

I was asked to walk through a UX project from my portfolio and explain the design decisions I made.
Process: Referral, screening call with recruiter, interview with 2 design managers (mix of behavioral and talking about past work). Reached out multiple times after interview with no response or update.
