Durante la prima chiamata con l'HR, mi è stato detto che il colloquio sarebbe stato conoscitivo e motivazionale. Arrivata al colloquio, era invece tecnico. Dopo avermi comunicato che l'esito era positivo, mi hanno indirizzata a un altro colloquio dove mi sono state fatte solamente domande personali (sul mio background) ma, senza darmi alcuna motivazione, mi hanno scartata.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
