Worst experience of recruitment till now.
My friend referred me for the position of Application development senior analyst in Ariba domain in Accenture.
I received call from the HR for the technical round which was scheduled on 16th August,2022. Then I received a mail that I have cleared the previous round.
But after that my profile was on hold in the portal.
I tried contacting the HR, She said that my final interview is pending and will be scheduled.
(Note: I was already holding a offer from one company and joining date over their was 12th September,2022 and I had informed this to the HR as well).
After this they scheduled my managerial round on 8th September, Thursday at 3:00p.m.
I received mail just 10mins after managerial round that I have cleared all the rounds of interview and will get a call from HR. At this time the status of candidature was in Document upload in the Accenture job portal.
Next day morning 9th September (Friday), when I checked the status, it was "Candidature on hold" and the reason was candidate is unreachable. (I didn't receive any call from the HR and also my phone was reachable whole time).
I tried calling the HR multiple times but she didn't receive my call, then i dropped her an email asked her the reason.
She replied and said that currently the demand is on hold, so we are unable to process my candidature.
My concern over here is after my Managerial round, not even a day was passed and the demand went on hold!!!!
Why was the interview scheduled if their was no demand.
"DON'T EXPECT OFFER LETTER FROM ACCENTURE EVEN IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE INTERVIEW ROUNDS)"
If you just want to experience interview of a MNC company, you can apply to Accenture and it would be your luck if you get the offer

2Rounds being 1st with technical person who will ask the technical questions Second round will be with manager or hr, mostly on your experience and salary expectations. Discussion related to salary will take place with hr and will be agreed before releasing offer letter
