Little difficult for freshers. As freshers are new to work they dont have any process knowledge. If freahers have knowledge of terms and operations knowledge then they should give chance to work.
Over all a good experience. Screening, resume related questions, excel based questions, technical questions, logical thinking, aptitude round, If you clear all of these you will be shortlisted. After background checking you will receive the offer letter email.

Interview starts with assessment once you clear it, then interview is scheduled with the hiring manager then HR round where you get to discus salary and then it takes around 1 week for background verification
