Pre-screening in-person interview at my school
Behavioral interview: Reasonably easy questions, give a situation where you resolved a conflict, give a situation where you were in a position of leadership, give a situation where you managed a lot of data
On site interview: a few more candidacy questions, but a friendly environment

The interaction between me and hr was good.Process of interview was good.i answered almost every question.They will observe the way of expressing from interviewe side.Finally it went cool.Be cool and try to convey what you are trying to speak.
