The interview process is good and it would take approximately 10 days.However the salary negotiation didn't go well.it was too low ( 20 % less than current).Waste of time.
Three rounds of call. First initial screening.second technically.This round bwas very good.third one with the HR for salary negotiation.

They made me wait for the interview, and I felt like it was a mistake that I even got interviewed. Disappointed in them, waited more from such big company. The job was in Riga, but the HR was connecting from romania
