The interviews were conducted during a single afternoon. Three interviews in total, two of which were pretty easy cases and one was a chat with a prospecting team member regarding fit.

Entrevista
The Interview process starts with a 45min telephone interview. Afterwards, you will receive feedback and hopefully get invited to the on-site interviews. In the second round, you will be invited to one of the offices where you will have to go through two more personal interview rounds a 45min, if you apply for an internship position, and three rounds for the full-time position. During that day a lunch break is provided where questions can be asked to an experienced consultant, which might especially be relevant for incoming interns.
A few days later you will receive final feedback and the decision.

Entrevista
They gave me 2 assessments, one was a HackerRank another assessment. The HackerRank for the consulting role was non-technical, and was relatively easy (logic and pattern questions). The other assessment was harder, tested logic questions that required pen and paper

Il processo è stato piuttosto semplice, questo era suddiviso in due step:
- colloquio conoscitivo con hr (domande legate ad esperienze passate e al percorso di studi)
- colloquio tecnico con manager (domande prettamente behavioural)
