Accenture hiring process is not very friendly. They call for interview and send the seeker back saying panel not available. They take a lot more time in delivering offer letter.

I applied as a Workday HCM Consultant, but my application was transferred to the Workday Integration Consultant position. There was an on-site interview, and I waited for around four hours before it started. The technical interviewer was good. It was an informal interview, and I conducted a reverse interview, asking a lot of questions about the position. After the interview, we were told by the HR, "Congratulations, you passed. Wait for the job offer tomorrow." I waited for around three weeks and then followed up. Later, I found out that my application had been declined (No Longer Under Consideration).
