The interview process is less complex than other multinational firms, with online test, and then digital interview (very long) and followed by an assessment centre. The only thing is that they give out offers for the next year, i,e. you apply in March but they will ask you to start the job in next year's March.

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
