First they took an aptitude test. Then we get sms of selection or rejected from the aptitude round and then an interview round of techno-HR if selected from aptitude round.

Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
