Accenture came to our college in 2011 September/October 2012 for campus recruitment. Those students with < 7 CGPA had to appear for a written examination. The others were called for Direct Interview with the HR Team. I was in this group. They had asked very basic questions as to what I like and dislike and how to handle tough situations.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
