El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture en jun 2008

      Entrevista

First three rounds were via phone: 1st interview is with HR to get general info about your overall background. Second interview tests your ability to describe how you handled various situations throughout your career(must be as detailed and through as possible). 3rd interview was a skills tests where you are asked various probing questions in regards to what ever specific skills you supposedly have in reference to the position you are applying for.. 4th round is in person at what is called an interview day. This is nice. Accenture pays for all of your accomodations for the day. If you live far from the interview sight, you will be flown in for the day. Lunch will most likely be provided and you will meet with 3 or 4 sr executives or partners. Each executive will perform a different type of interview. One will test your personality and ask you "why Accenture?" and "what do you like to do outside of work?"etc.... One will continue from your phone skills interview asking more detailed questions about how you handled certain situations.. The next will be a case study where the executive plays the role of the client and asks you to solve a specific problem. You can ask as many questions as you like, but they will be looking for how you are successfully able to apply what you know in a clear concise, professional manner. The last executive I met with seemed to again focus on my skills, asking me to provide a high level description of a recent project i was working on , then tell specifically my role and what I did. After 4 rounds of interviews, I just knew this position was mine. However, it did not work out that way. I called HR to ask them to provide some feedback as to the specific reasons why I was not offered a position, but never heard back from them. The only answer I received was that the hiring manager did not fell my "skills" were a good fit for the current projects. This makes no sense give that I went through four rounds. From a practical sense I suspect it was not a personality fit since I was successful in explaining all of my projects and roles. It was nice making it to round four.. I felt like I was the chosen one :-). Overall it was a positive experience Although disappointed, I am not bitter. My advice to anyone considering this firm, Please keep in mind that you are being evaluated on all fronts when when interviewing with this company: technical skills, communications, personality, leadership. The best advice for the in office interview is to over prepare! :-)
