Solicité el puesto en persona. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture
Entrevista
The hunt, approach, CV, interview - the entire process went incredibly efficiently. I was approached quite informally via a mutual acquaintance, and the initial discussion was quite informal and relaxed. I was then asked to provide a CV and from that point on they were very quick to respond. The fact that I actually compared to other interview processes did very little in the way of IQ or personality, or competency tests should have been a heads up for me. But the interview process was exceptionally professional and efficient.

"There will be some travel required for this position, is this a problem for you?" This is a major catch.
If you have been approached, absolutely guaranteed without a shadow of doubt 100% they know EXACTLY where they want you to be. Ask them to tell you precisely. When I asked, the anwer was that the majority of the work that was my area was close to where I lived, I left it at that. When I joined my project was a significant secondment - the client had known me by NAME some 3 months prior to me accepting - but this was not told to me upfront.
3 rounds with all case study
1. case was specific to the role being offered
2. lot of situational questions
3. more about past experience
4. Finally more grilling on why i was planning for exit
HR interview with common questions about experience, than 2 rounds with senior managers with the case and more technical questions. Common case structures, while fit questions are more specific to managerial role
Straightforward process. HR, then skills and experience, then case study and MD interview. Would recommend understanding the Accenture businesses and the big machine, as well as the core values which can show you have done your research
