The Consulting Development Program (CDP) interview process took roughly 1 month to complete from start to finish. It composed of an inital screening call on the phone. Two weeks later, there was a group case interview with myself, two others, and mid-high level consultant. Finally, a week later, I partook in two back-to-back interviews with Managing Directors at the firm. The first was a technology showcase and scenarios interview, and the second was a behavioral interview. 1. Phone Screening (10 min) 2. Group Case Interview (1 hour) 3.
