There were 2 rounds of interview, first HR, second with hiring manager. It was introductions, a short case, then finally a fit interview. The only undesirable part of the process was the long time to hear back. When I reached out after 2 weeks of the last interview, the HR team had actually forgotten to update me on the offer.
