The process was refreshingly smooth. I went through four rounds, and each interviewer evaluated me on different parameters, so it never felt repetitive. What stood out was the effort everyone put into helping me understand the organization and the role. In many companies, that responsibility rests solely with HR, but here the interviewers themselves took the time to explain what I was signing up for. Everyone was punctual, communication was clear throughout, and Pushpa did a great job keeping things moving. There was a small hiccup towards the end regarding my educational qualifications, but it was resolved professionally. Overall, a good experience. A hiring process is at its best when you learn something about yourself through it, and this one delivered on that front.
