The interview process is ok. The problem with the company is the time it takes to get back to the interviewed candidates, especially the one they're not planning to go ahead with. I had done multiple rounds of interviews waiting for the last round, After over 3 weeks, I had to reach out to them for an update to get an auto email from their career portal that I am not moving forward as they have decided to to move on with better candidates. The Best part is I get a call from another senior-level recruiter to apply for this job. This means Abbott is back to finding people for first-round interviews. All this after a long 2-3 months process. FYI, another ex-colleague of mine warned me about this. Abbott Talent Acquistion team please improve your process.
