One interview with the clinical trial manager via teams for 30 minutes. I got the interview through an external recruiter, followed by a drug test, and back ground check. It was not hard.

Disorganized. Rude.
I was contacted by a recruiter and held a brief screening phone call. We scheduled an online interview with the hiring manager. The interview was approximately 20-minutes and we discussed prior experience and goals.
After a week, the recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person interview. The interview took about a week to schedule and involved cross-country travel. The recruiter and staff did not provide travel arrangements - it was not until after the interview they realized that I was traveling out of state. A reimbursement form was provided the day after the interview and I did not receive reimbursement for the flights and one hotel night.
The in-person interview was with a hiring manager, a CRA, a senior CRA, and the program manager. Each interview was conducted separately. Each asked for an overview of experiences, discussed research trial management, and communication style preferences. The program manager was very rude. She discussed recent lay-offs in another research group and asked personal questions about relocation and relationship status.
The recruiter provided positive feedback after the immediately interview, but said the team had scheduled other interviews. After two weeks of waiting to hear back, I withdrew my application. The entire process from the initial contact with the recruiter was approximately 6 weeks. Waste of time.

Change is difficult, how do you adapt and how do you negotiate with the clinical sites to adapt to this change?
