Recruiter contacted me to perform a recorded video interview, which was awkward since I had one shot to record myself answering questions that popped up on the screen and no second chance to re-record. A week later, recruiter reached out to set up a live, video interview with the hiring manager. Was then told a week after the interview that they decided to pursue another candidate. Whole process was about 4 weeks.

Before the interview, they gave me a document to fill up. At the beginning of the interview, the manager introduces the company and the role of the position. Then he asked me to introduce myself and a few questions.
