long and drawn out hiring process,,,offer and pay negotiation was tiring and went in lower than most with my experience in the industry at that time,,ask detailed questions about leadership qualities and future pipeline business,, and WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ABBOTT!!?? turn the interview around on them!! Ask about merit increases and performance reviews and how you are measured on success. They never could directly answer my questions on good leadership qualities and pipeline business as they knew the division was a sinking ship!!

Entrevista
Interview process is fairly comprehensive. Lots of questions regarding toxicology experience and star format questions. Overall it wasn't ridiculously difficult. Interview involved the manager and a one on one setting. Nothing intimidating or overbearing.
