Submitted my resume at a University Career Fair. Was contacted a week later to have an on campus interview with a director and manager. Mostly behavioral questions and very laid back. The interviewers emphasized that they wanted to make sure I was a good fit for Abbott, and Abbott was a good fit for me, which was nice.

Screening via handshake then a one time in person interview. There was a dinner the previous night to meet the recruiting team. The response cam within a week after the initial interview. Deadline to accept or decline was one week.

What is one thing that sets you apart from other applicants.
There are two interviews for thirty minutes each and they are both back-to-back with managers. The interviews are both behavioral, with no case study. The turnaround is approximately one week.
The process was normal. I met with one person because of the program I was part of and then met with another after that. Typical behavioral questions, and questions about your career.
