Was ghosted by recruiter after assessment center. Extremely long where you have to spend a whole day at the company. There is a individual & group component.

It was on Hirevue, and one had to look at the screen and answer questions in a very short timespan. There is also no interviewer hence it feels like one is talking to themselves rather than with a person. It feels cold, robotic and impersonal.
