The process is long and extremely poor. The communication from the recruitment is nearly non-existent and they show no respect for candidates time and effort. If this is how they start with trying to attract talent, I am struggling to understand how they can retain any.

I was a two stage process. The questions were straightforward. There were no trick questions. First stage was with HR, the second stage with the hiring manager. The communications were timely.

Educational Background and Experience in similar roles
Straightforward interview process consisting of two rounds of interviews. Interviewers were professional and courteous. Also appreciate that the interviews were a two way conversation regarding both what I would get out of the role as well as what I could contribute.
