The process took 1/2+ weeks. I interviewed at Abbott Medical Optics Dublin. Interview with HR over the phone and then Interview with 2 team leaders .Overall, the interview panel was very relaxed, more like a conversation than a formal interview.

It took over one hour and you meet with two interviewers at different times in two different locations. Both would ask similar questions and both were friendly. Depending who you are meeting, it can be the head of the department or the supervisors.
