Very positive, really getting to know the person and not just ticking boxes. It was a graduate position and the expectations were more about having someone who was motivated to work and would fit with the work environment.

Firstly I recieved a mini phonew interview, then I was invited to rhetoric next stage which was an assessment and on site interview with one of the managers. The interview was very relaxed, asked the general interview questions and also tested my Abbott knowledge. The assessment was based on finding errors on paper.

Phone screening followed by individual interview. Technical and behavioural mixed interview. Research the company and familiarise yourself with the company's values and products. STAR interview prep is advised. Recommend having some questions ready for the interviewer.

They asked me about my experience within the medical device industry.
After clearing the pre-screening test, you will get a call from HR. This would be your telephone interview. They will go through your CV and get to know about you. They will explain what they expect from you in the role and see if you have any questions after which they will schedule your interview with hiring manager.
