Phone screening, followed by in person with various rounds in one day. Met with many people at various levels, each interview 45 minutes long. Questions were mostly behavioral and focused on skills and experience as well as passion for healthcare.

I got ghosted after a call with the recruiter, no email or anything. Then the recruiter called me back 3 weeks later asking me the same questions I already answered. Told him I was not interested in moving forward.
