First Manager Interview After the initial call, I had a meeting with one of the managers. This was more conversational — he wanted to get a sense of my personality, whether I’d be a good cultural fit, and suggested which office location might be the best match based on my profile. 4. Final Interview with Sales Manager The final step was a meeting with the sales manager of the specific office. This interview was more in-depth, focusing on scenario-based and behavioral questions. The purpose of these questions is to assess your mindset, resilience, and how well you handle high-pressure, performance-driven environments — all key to succeeding in real estate.
