You first get a phone interview. If they see your fit for the job they will schedule date for a second interview at local hotel meeting room. If the person over the phone tells you "we'll be in contact" you did not get the job. Once you make it to the hotel, you will be interviewed by a store manager. If he thinks you are fit for the job, he will have you wait out in the lobby for a second interview. The second interview is with the Area Manager, and he will ask you friendly questions. At this point you pretty much have the job.
Very easy and open question and easy to understand what they are wanting in their company and what their value is. They haven’t called back in a few days to let you know anything
First is to complete the online Assessment. Second, I have a phone to answer a few questions over the phone for a Phone Screening I got a link to answer questions for the Virtual Interview Got scheduled to in-store interview.
Phone interview, then zoom interview and then in person. The phone interview was really short. The zoom call didn’t really feel professional. The in person interview was just a store tour with the manager.
