Essentially you are given a case about a week in advance to your final interview and then you have a role play in the interview where you pitch a sale on your given case. The role play lasts about 4 minutes and then they move on to personal questions (why do you think you’d be good at sales, why do you want to do it, etc).

Interview process was basic and training was knowledgeable. Also has free lunch so that’s plus and a chance to see if you are cut with the position. House everyone may not be.
