Applied online. Received a phone call saying they were interested in setting up a formal interview. Went to a store location for an interview in the back office. It lasted maybe a half an hour. Asked questions about my previous sales experience, etc. They made an offer and I agreed as the hourly pay and location of the store were perfect for my situation.

Describe previous experience dealing with angry customers....
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.

Zoom interview - had a lot of questions about past sales experience. Sounds like they were mostly looking for someone who could sell a lot of products and how to convince people to update
