An half hour interview with HR hiring manager. It was mainly behavior questions. No tricky questions and no technical question. That manager wanted straight forward answers in a concise manner. I felt that the hiring manager was not very professional. She was late to our interview and took a personal phone during the interview.

First asked tell me about yourself type of question, then typical behavior question, looking for STAR format answer, and company & industry knowledge at the end. At least half of the behavior question are related to leadership. Second round would be a computer based interview, you are talking to the computer and answering a set of pre-recorded questions.
