An half hour interview with HR hiring manager. It was mainly behavior questions. No tricky questions and no technical question. That manager wanted straight forward answers in a concise manner. I felt that the hiring manager was not very professional. She was late to our interview and took a personal phone during the interview.

Applied to this program through college career center. Quick response to the application. First round is about 30 minutes. First asked tell me about yourself type of question, then typical behavior question, looking for STAR format answer, and company & industry knowledge at the end. At least half of the behavior question are related to leadership. Second round would be a computer based interview, you are talking to the computer and answering a set of pre-recorded questions.
