I was an existing employee in the retail channel when I was contacted for an interview for my most recent position. There was an initial phone interview that was informal and then I was brought in to the Admin Office to have an in-person interview.

Everything was pretty standard. Lots of behavioral type questions related to prior experience. ie. "Tell me about a time when...
