Entrevista
1- Applied online, after few days they asked me to take the Assessment in Atlanta and i was informed that I am "Qualified". Next step was Realistic Job Preview (RJP) and Assessment Interview with the location Manager.
I arrived half an hour early ready for the interview.
The Location Manager and his colleague explained to us what the job would look like and sought questions from us, it was a satisfactory explanation about the benefits, the tasks, mandatory overtimes, risks involved with the job, etc.
I had 1 to 1 interview afterwards, which actually took 2 minutes or so. The manager asked me few questions, which I believed were answered successfully:

The Interview process was simple for me as I was moving from a different department into IEFS. It was a group interview. The candidates were asked a series of basic questions related to basic troubleshooting and customer service scenarios.

Easy interview but very little information given on job requirements or what job will entail, very little information given provided as to pay or benefits. Interviewed by upper management that you will never see afterwards.
Easy interview. Just make sure that you show up on time and to the right facility as well. You also will need a phone to effectively receive and send off documents to your superiors.
