Resume MUST have correct spelling, grammar, capitalisations of key terms and phrases (eg Microsoft SharePoint) Panel will speak negatively of previous candidates, which I believe reflects poorly on them. My advice would be to avoid commenting, however this is something that you will have to get used to if you accept a position with them.
