Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted via email by the hiring manager for an interview. I received a tour of the facility after my interview and the hiring manager stayed in contact with me until a final decision was made. He emailed and called during the interview process to let me know that I was one of the top picks and emailed me to let me know that they selected someone else.
The interview was simple and straightforward, with no unexpected questions. However, the interviewer arrived about 30 minutes late to the scheduled meeting, which impacted the overall impression of the process.
2 rounds of interviews.
The first interview was extremely technical, even though the role is for a front-end feature. Luckily I'm very technical, so I was able to answer the questons flawlessly. I was asked in depth questions on APIs and white boarded requirements for an API that I would create.
The 2nd interview was with the director and it was fairly easy, but only because I have a lot of experience as a Product Manager and could give concrete examples.
