Entrevista
First I applied online, then I was asked to participate in an online conference call event where an ATT guy did a PowerPoint presentation going over information about the company and the job. Then he scheduled all of us to come in and take the assessment tests. It basically consisted of a couple of parts that were testing your personality and intelligence and a final part where you were answering calls in a virtual call center. Later that same day of my testing I got a call from a recruiter saying I passed and they wanted to schedule me for an interview. I finally got to talk to this person on a Friday and the interview was Monday. On Tuesday I got an email telling me I did not get the job. I get the feeling they did not hire me because I have a bachelor's degree and have been working in my field for about 20 years (I am 41) and was overqualified (which I obviously was but would work circles around the people I saw working there had I been given the chance). The interview was using what they call behavioral interview questions. You can Google this and find out more but basically it's all questions based on STAR (situation/task, action taken and result). They ask you questions and want you to provide responses based on specific things you have done on previous jobs. They don't want just generalities. If you do just provide some general answer they will steer you back to providing something more specific. I didn't get any of the typical questions such as why I want to work there, what's my biggest weakness, what I would bring to the job, etc. I did get questions regarding my feelings about being tardy to work and how I felt about not being able to take a lunch break. They asked me to tell them about a time when I had to use persuasion to get a group of people to come around to my point of view. They asked me to tell them about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very upset customer or co-worker. This was not like any interview process I have gone through before but if you have a few examples of work situations you have had to deal with in the past you can probably tailor those for almost any question they may ask you. But I suggest you do some good prep work so you have these examples on the top of your head!

Tell me about a time you were able to successfully deal with another person even when that individual may not have personally liked you (or vice versa).
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
