It was set up and moved very quickly. I was screened then moved to the next process and things went smooth. I was offered a position and then set up for orientation and training.

The interview was fairly easy. I was asked the usual questions during an interview. In the last part of the interview we did a scenario. I answered question as a retention specialist, and the interviewer as a customer. I was offered the job the next day, with a month until my start date.
