Very straight forward interview, Made to feel welcome, and no "trick" questions. The interviewer made me feel at ease, was more of a friendly chat. Interview itself was just under 1 hour long.

Very informal but also in depth. A group stage at first as this was a new store and then smaller interviews (with one, one-to-one interview) The feeling was positive and I think they’re more interested in you being reliable and a positive team player rather than looking more seriously at ‘formal’ qualifications.
