A small group team exercise to build a balloon tower followed by a 1 to 1 interview with a current member of staff. My teams balloon ended up as a small mess, but when we came to present it and how we worked together, we improvised. Bob, our balloon"tower" was given a full profile that described who he was. When he fell down we said that "Bob is not tired and would like to rest now, thank you for listening."
