1. Online assessment quiz.
Invited for interview few days later.
Group interview with 4 other people. Then asked to tidy shelves on the sales floor. We were also asked to ask the current sales colleagues some questions about how it was to work in their department, and present our findings to each other.
Group interview of around 15 people. Very relaxed and laid back. 3 other managers taking notes on us. Then had a quick one to one chat, very informal, mainly about what hours you could do
Standard competency questions, interviewer was pleasant, asked about education and employment history. Ultimately declined the offer due to receiving a more suitable offer elsewhere but would have been pleased to join

Very thorough and they listened to me and answered my questions. It was a 2 way conversation that left me feeling considered. There were other interviewees present who were being considered for the same role
