Applied online by filling out an application form and then online tests. Got an email inviting me to book online for an ASDA MAGIC session !! Went to the session which wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Next stage is a 1 on 1 interview if you get through the ASDA Magic.

Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
