It was very short and easy, not much of questions just documents checks and times when I'm available and uniform sizing. Interview 1:1 did not have any group one or video watching I only had to do is manager gave me a paper and pen and took me inside floor shop and hat to find 10 positive things and 10 negatives after I done that he then question me about why I choose that I what do I think store should improve.

A group of us were interviewed all at once. We had to sit in one room and were divided into teams. We then had lots of nonsense team "games" and "tasks" to participate in. If you passed this stage, you then moved on to an individual interview.

Online assessment about general store tasks, they also take your details e.g. National insurance number, date of birth etc. Asda magic/group interview involves typical group tasks. Then one to one interview and 'have a go' session on shop floor.
