- apply through an online job board (Indeed is where I found the original posting) - receive a positive initial message from the owner - then have your work history, education and experience extremely scrutinized by the owner and where the owner wants the applicant to jump through many different hoops before ever giving a professional interview - if you push back on the autocratic process that wastes everyone's time and energy, the owner will be rude and more than unethical and is very unprofessional - the company does not value nor respect people and the owner wants to rule with an iron fist instead of being inclusive to all in a community
