The interview process was pretty good and smooth 1st round is HR screening round, in first round the HR will check your communication skills, pretty simple round. 2nd round is a computer based communication skills test. It is also very easy 3rd round is with Manager/ Trainer it is bit lengthy.

There are 3 rounds of interview- 1. Screening 2. Online assessment 3. one-on-one round The interview process felt rushed and there was limited clarity about the job role. The one-on-one round was not great the interviewer's approach felt somewhat unprofessional which affected the overall experience. I hope the company improves the candidate experience in the future.
