Overall it was a very standard process. Ultimately, I was not interested in the role so declined a follow up with them for a second interview. The role was too formulaic and stringent.

After the initial call with a recruiter I was invited to a meeting with a hiring manager. The call was rescheduled twice. When we finally met, it felt like the hiring manager was not paying attention to our conversation at all, she was not listening, just texting and suddenly said she needs to jump off earlier because she needs to handle some fire in a project. I haven't heard from her or the recruiter ever since. I understand things can come up, but this was unprofessional and disrespectful towards a candidate.
