One on one interview with the hiring manager of the department; subsequent interview with member of the team to ensure a good fit. Afterwards there's a cool-down period and then the call came.
Very standard interview. Was about sales and long term goals. Familiarity with retirement vehicles and when to apply them. Along with some role playing of scenarios. In this position the interview is generally a formality before hiring if you have the correct certifications.
