The first stage was a standard Workday CV/cover letter submission, and a few months later, a virtual interview. After successful completion, the final stage involved two 30-minute interviews over Teams with members of the multinational team at AIG (against 12 other candidates). Overall my experience was very positive - the HR team was easy to contact and flexible in terms of dates. It was reassuring to be interviewed by two women in this largely male dominated industry, and whilst I didn't receive a final job offer, the HR team went above and beyond, ringing me several times to offer helpful and constructive feedback I could use to improve. I would happily apply again for roles advertised at AIG; the experience gave me a very positive impression of the organisation.

Nice and quick, asked basic interview questions. Nothing over-the-top. Enjoyed my interview process with them and wish more companies offer fast interviews and decisions. Received a phone call asking the standard HR questions about why you want to be an actuary , how are you technical skills, and experience working in group projects along with any problems that arose in it.

I was called and we set up an interview in Manhattan through online web site. Met with one person in an office in mid town Manhattan who was pleasant. Standard interview questions.

It was a very quick and nice interview. There were not many complicated questions asked - the majority were behavioural questions. It did not last very long, however, i had to wait for response for quite some time and i have accepted another officer, while waiting.

It was short and sweet I had 2 different ones and only about a 1/2 of that was about insurance. I know things change but I was trying to sell new products to people that would or could not pay for the things they had

Great Process team was very nice! The were very clear with what the wanted and how it was going to work. I only had one round of interviews and they asked a couple of behavioral and technical questions.

ok.but it's face to face session.the HR is nice person and you have a few test before interview session.as usual go to the interview earlier 30 minutes.writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
